1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lambofied (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Lambofied's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Lambofied's website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Listing Fees and Payments

Listing a vehicle on Lambofied requires a fee of €10 per month per listing. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By listing a vehicle, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

5. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings posted by users. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicles. Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition and details of vehicles before purchase.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Lambofied, a Lambofied employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lambofied, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
